What information should I review in a product description?

Identify the main features the seller explicitly states. Do not assume every detail visible in an illustration forms part of the offer.

How can I find out whether a special request can be accommodated?

Distinguish an essential requirement from a preference you could do without. Keep the seller's clear agreement together with your purchase details.

What should I expect when contacting support outside its published hours?

Do not assume a deadline is extended because support is closed. Review the response when it arrives before acting on earlier assumptions.
