What should I check if only part of an order has been provided?
Ask whether the remaining part has a separate expected completion date. Do not place a duplicate order merely to obtain the missing part.
How should I interpret a product labeled as recommended?
Treat the label as a starting point for further review. Look for the actual specifications behind the promotional label.
How should I interpret a sample, preview, or demonstration of a product?
Ask about important features that the preview does not show. Read any limits attached to a preview or demonstration opportunity.
